Returns


In the unlikely event that your shoe doesn't fit, you can return the shoe following these instructions:

1. contact support@portusnovo.com

Write an email including your name and the order number (which you will find in your order confirmation) and ask for a return slip.

2. Wait for an email from us with the return slip attached as pdf file.

3. Print out the return slip and attach it to the package.

4. Take the package to the Post office and let them do the rest.

Note: Currently, this service is only free within Germany. All other countries have to carry the return charges. We are working on extending this service to all EU countries. 

The moment we receive your package we will transfer the money back to your account. Please note that this can take up to 14 days.
